Daniwoo· 100% Salesforce-native LMS · Available on AppExchange
Why Salesforce-native

Not connected. Not synchronized. Native.

Every LMS on the market says it ‘integrates with Salesforce’. That word hides an architecture: an external database, a sync job, a second security model. Daniwoo has none of those, it’s a managed package installed from the AppExchange, running inside your org.

What 'native' actually means

Three architectural facts, not a marketing word

Learning records are Salesforce records

Enrolments, completions, scores and certifications are objects in your org, under your sharing rules, your encryption, your retention policies. There is no external learner database, anywhere.

Standard tools work on it

Flows assign courses, Reports & Dashboards analyze them, permission sets govern access, Experience Cloud serves external learners. Your admin already knows how to run Daniwoo, because it's Salesforce.

Installed, not integrated

A managed package from the AppExchange, a ~30-minute install, setup in days. No middleware, no API contract to maintain, no integration project on the roadmap.

Connected vs native

The architecture decides everything downstream

'Integrates with Salesforce'
Learner data
Copied to a vendor's cloud
Never leaves your org
Security review
A new vendor, DPA and audit scope
AppExchange security review, your existing posture
Automation
Webhooks and API limits
Standard Flows on any object
Reporting
Vendor dashboards + CSV exports
Native Reports & Dashboards, joined to CRM data
External learners
A second user store to manage
Experience Cloud, with login licensing
Time to live
An integration project, in quarters
~30-minute install, setup in days

This isn’t about features. It’s about where learning lives.

The questions IT teams ask us

Due-diligence answers, before you ask

Does personal learner data stay in our Salesforce instance?

Yes. All personal learner data remains within your Salesforce org, your data residency, your GDPR posture. Heavy media (SCORM packages, video) streams from dedicated AWS infrastructure to protect your storage costs, with all tracking written back natively.

Which content standards are supported?

SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, cmi5/xAPI, plus certified Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 support, MP4/HD streaming, PDFs, audio and web content. Your existing content uploads as-is.

Can we automate assignments with standard Flows?

Yes, automated course assignment by user attributes (role, region, team), enrollment emails, reminders and surveys, all built with standard Salesforce Flows plus provided flow elements and APIs for custom processes.

How is multilingual handled?

Multilingual content and UI, including automatically delivering the right language version of a course based on the user's Salesforce language setting.

What reporting comes out of the box?

Around 20 prebuilt dashboards for progress, completions and certifications, fully customizable with Salesforce analytics, and joinable to any CRM data since everything is a native record.

Can we test in our sandbox before buying?

Yes, a trial license for your Salesforce sandbox lets your team validate the configuration, security model and content against your own requirements before production.

The most secure integration is the one that doesn’t exist.
